A third species of Manta Rays

Posted under Environment

I just found this interesting article about Manta Rays.

When i was in Sharm in end of June, I was at a presentation about Manta Rays.

Were interesting, and also very choking about how the manta rays are being hunted, simply to have their fin used in shark fin soup, where the fins only work to make the soup thicker, no taste at all.

The presentation was done by Manta Queen, Dr. Andrea Marshall who has been studying the Manta Rays for many years.
