My last dive in 2009

Posted under Denmark & Fun diving

Yesterday 20th of December 2009.

I had the pleasure of diving with my friend Arne, at Trykkerdammen near Helsingør, Denmark.

The air was -5 degree Celsius, the waters surface temperature was about 2 degree Celsius, from 8 meters and deeper the water was a nice 8 degree Celsius warm.

I was using my Twin 10 set, to get more used to diving with it, I did notice a few things I need to adjust for future dives.

6 Pax OWD course

Posted under Courses & Denmark

Last week I had the pleasure of doing a 6 pax OWD course together with Camilla.

You can see the gallery of the open water trainings here, taken by Alice a divemaster trainee, the quality is not very high due to bad visibility.

Some of the pictures can be seen here:

Logged dive #600 today

Posted under Denmark

While doing a scubareview today, I logged my dive number 600.

I had the pleasure of reaching this milestone together with Natalie, who needed a scubareview.

We made the dive at the Knud Rasmussen statue north of Copenhagen, a nice an quite divesite, not very deep, only about 5 meters, but with a lot of things to look at, and very nice for scubareviews.

Fundive at Trykkerdammen

Posted under Denmark & Fun diving

Today I had the pleasure to have a fun dive with my good friend Alice.

We went to a place in Helsingør called Trykkerdammen, and had two good dives.

One 36 Minutes long, and the second just 30 minutes long.

I often use this divesite for the last 2 open water dives, when conducting a Padi Open Water course, because it is quite easy to get to around 14-16 meters of depth here, actually the only place around Copenhagen where it is possible without a boat.
